Troy is far and away the best realtor that we met . Friendly knowledgeable professional and there for us throughout the Sarasota condo buying process . As Canadian buyers of US property , we needed a little extra info and attention . Troy educated us , then found us our condo within a week . He contacted and or met with us daily til and including closing . We are fortunate to know Troy and would highly recommend him to anybody wanting desired results .

I worked with Troy Sacco for almost 2 years before purchasing my retirement home. He was patient, available, helpful, and responsive the entire time. I don't often write reviews good or bad but in this case I feel like it warrants a write up. To work with Troy and Joyce was an absolute pleasure. Troy Sacco & his staff use modern real estate tools such as automated property updates. However he utilized " old school" hands on assistance. Troy's friendly non-pushy approach was very effective and much appreciated. As an out-of-state buyer I was given great advice and counsel as to both the real estate market as well as his appraisals of local neighborhoods. Even after the closing he continued to help with a smile & without hesitation....even trying to help me locate the main water shut off the day I took occupancy. The best. Troy's was able to gauge our desires and assemble a twenty to thirty house inventory for us. We toured houses for four straight days and located the perfect match.
